Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern sales made on the Parfum Dubai Wi website, a business specialising in the sale of fragrances from Dubai to customers located in the French West Indies.

2. Products
The products offered are fragrances imported from Dubai. Each product comes with a precise description. Photos are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Shipping costs may be added depending on the delivery location. Parfum Dubai Wi reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the prices in force when the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. The customer will receive a confirmation email. Parfum Dubai Wi reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment or a previous dispute.
5. Payment
Payments can be made by bank card, bank transfer or any other payment method offered on the website. All transactions are secure.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin (French and Dutch sides) and Saint Barthélemy. Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times: 24 business hours for Martinique, 24 to 48 business hours for Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin, 48 business hours for Saint Barthélemy. Free in-store pickup is also available in Fort-de-France. Parfum Dubai Wi cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the products (except for opened or used products). Returns are at the customer's expense, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
8. Liability
Parfum Dubai Wi cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage or product unavailability.
9. Personal data
The data collected is used solely for order management. No data is sold or shared with third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
