Delivery areas
Parfum Dubai WI delivers to Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin (French and Dutch sides) and Saint Barthélemy. Other destinations are available on request: please contact us.
Shipping times
All orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

In-store pickup
Free pickup at 73 rue Moreau de Jones, Fort-de-France. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more.
Order tracking
All our shipments come with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel using the link sent by email.
Delays and customs
Delivery times are estimates: delays may occur due to transport or customs checks. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
